{Paris} A walk in the jardin des tuileries

I’m back from Paris! It was as beautiful as it always is. This city never ceases to charm me.

I was desperate to go back to the Jardin des Tuileries in particular, which is this gorgeous public garden that goes from the place de la Concorde to the Louvre museum. I find it relaxing to walk there. 28-hectare of manicured gardens, sculptures, gravelled alleyways and lemon trees. The architecture surrounding the gardens is très Paris with the grey slate roofs and snazzy details on the facades. It's simply stunning! What I loved the most though is the gorgeous sunset we were blessed to see. I mean, come on, look at the last few photos! It doesn’t get any prettier than that. Or perhaps it does. I guess I’ll have to keep coming back to find out!

    1. Yes! It's interesting how we pick up different things from a city depending on when we go, how old we are...etc. I hope you get to go back soon to create new memories :) xx
